Those emails are generated automatically every time you sign in using a browser that has no cookies from a previous sign in using the same IP-address, so if you are clearing your cookies, using a cleaner program, using a new browser, or changing your IP-address, you can expect to receive such a message the next time you sign in to eBay.

OP4 months agoThanks. Same browser, same IP, no cleaners so I will need to dig into Windows settings and see where it is deleting cookies between logins. Thanks again.

A corrupt or blocked cookie can also cause issues; you might try manually erasing just your eBay cookies once to see if that makes a difference, or else try a different browser.
