Please I beg for help, Account Restricted for Selling
I have my account restricted for selling, and I don't know why. I agree if I did something really wrong, that makes them to restrict my account from selling.
My point is: is NOT any WAY to CONTACT eBay to find someone that explain to my what is going on. I want just an explanation to learn, so I can make sure in the future do not make the same mistake again. Furthermore, I can teach others to no make mistakes.
But is not any way to contact eBay. When I call, someone who speaks English worse than me answers my call and is incapable of giving me an explanation. Please, if someone can share an email to contact eBay in the right way or somehow a phone number to speak with the correct person, please. I really appreciate it, please I beg because I so frustrated with this situation. It is much more than getting back my account for selling again, is to know my mistakes, my error, to learn and not make it once more. eBay talks too much about the community which I am part of. They should, they help to teach the community, so everyone can learn and adapt to better discipline, we are all human beings, and we all make mistakes. There is placed in the society for people that need to learn better behavior. I want someone that give me a good explanation and the policy behind my wrongdoing, so I know in the future how to behave well. Without teaching, we are nothing. This world and its communities are evolving because school and hi school and higher education of institutions dedicated to making better citizens. If eBay wants to suicide they should teach us (the community) how to do it well, also when we make mistakes how to learn out of them and not make it again. This situation that nobody can help me is not good and makes eBay a low commitment industry or business.
Please, Please, I beg for help.
