Please help with this problem
Hello, I was wondering if anyone else had this problem with Ebay I have sold an item and I have sent it out and they did not get there the merchandise because Ebay had put a stop to it and when I called Ebay and Ebay said that the seller had got the merchandise and said they’re not authentic but when I talk to Ebay Ebay says the seller has got the merchandise and said they’re not authentic and I still didn’t receive the merchandise back so please tell me if anybody else go through this with Ebay and lost The merchandise the and the money from the sale and then got their account restricted by no fault of your own

I do not see any items that you have sold on this account that went to the Authentication center in the last 90 days.
You sold an item and it has been lost? What does the tracking say?
