Please help with my question about shipping in flat cardboard mailers

I want to pay the least possible on shipping, of course.Most will be under a lb. or even 6 oz. I put in weight.I put in dimensions. The height or thickness will be minimal. What do I put here?Is there a special rate for mailing flat mailers?It doesn't have anwyhere for me to input that it's a flat mailer or an envelope.Please help me. I need details!
