Please Help With Combine Shipping Issue
Hello Mentor.
I cannot change the amount of shipping on a combined shipping order from the same buyer. The shipping cost on the invoice is nearly twice as much as the cost is for 1 box and different weight. I know it was east to do in the past, but on this particular invoice I cannot change it. It will not let me apply a discount or manually change the shipping cost. Also, I couldn't find a way to chang anything under Change Shipping Preferences. Please help. I already sent the invoice as is, but the discount needs to be applied before paying.

Mentor1 year agoWhen you went to Orders > Awaiting payment
Did you click the box in front of each order, and then click ACTIONS at the top, and then click Send Invoice, and make your changes there?
