Please Help Resolve the Problem
PLEASE, HELP TO RESOLVE THE OBVIOUS BUYERS FRAUD AND ABUSE MONEY BACK GUARANTEED. I WROTE 3 EMAILS. NO RESPONSE.
Hello. I sent you two emails , explaining everything with details. To show you that this person is 100% FRAUD. Manipulation of eBay, system hopping get money for all her false reasons. And I don't think, I see and know, who we are dealing with now. Thai the second time I deal with this kinda of customers, who do everything to get her way She lied absolutely everything. Starting with her story, of 29days out of Town and was not be able to check the item. That's HUGE lie. She got the item , and in 5 or 6 days wrote me great reviews about this wallet. Whether she was using for a month and decided create totally false reasons, that the wallet is fake. She even mentioned that to me in her message, saying that even you won't accept that, eBay will pay me back, if I only say that is fake. THE WALLET 100% AUTHENTIC.. I purchased it for my mom several years ago from Real Real Platform. Where's no way they will sell fakes. I will prove you that. Please first read my message to her before she purchase the wallet. Check every picture and read it's description. Anfet you do that, I should be saying anything else. You would see, she is lying, manipulating fraud.. She didn't show even one legit reason, showing that the wallet is fake. You will see now .I asked her to look all pictures and read carefully whole description, before purchasing it. If she agreed and okay with all I wrote, I will accept her offer. (PLEASE READ IT TOO). She totally agreed, was excited for that price. As I mentioned, after she received it, almost whole week past, she sent me Great review of the wallet. So, she was not out of town and didn't check her order...as she lied.
After one month using it,, she decided to try her game and see what happens
She was aware of every cm of this wallet for whole month. That's the first and the main reason should be enough to see, what kinda person we are dealing with. Received it, almost a week after write to me great review of the wallet, saying that everything is great. And lied after a month, that she didn't even see or check the wallet. Of course I decided not to say, write to her even a word, knowing what kinda person she is, and what she is trying to do. She didn't prove or show anything that would prove anything ( her lies, excuses, reasons) that prove that my wallet is not legit but replica. I KNOW IT IS AUTHENTIC 1000%. I purchased it several years ago for my mom from Real Real Platform. They inspect every single items in person, before selling them. I tried to see/find anything wrong with those pictures, she sent ( all made by me) and plus what nonsense she was saying... I couldn't find. She decided that the wallet is most likely is Fake, because it was Made in France, not Spain. Those words made me laugh. I totally understand that she doesn't not understand anything of LV items. Manufacturing... Mentioned something about the number wrong. But EVERYTHING WITH THE NUMBER IS PERFECT. She called it item unique numbers.But have no idea, that on the wallet is the Date Code. And it is not the same thing. That's the most important thing when need identity and authentication LV wallet, Bag...etc. The date code and " made in France", she saw whole month ago, before even purchased, and whole month of use the wallet. Now.it is became wrong and fake. She either really has no idea, what is that number is, and how to read to find out if item id Authentic or Replica, or she knows well it is original, but playing stupid and didn't say anything for sure. The date code (first 2) should match to the Location of the manufacturing of the item , which is perfectly match ( made in France), another 4 numbers is the week number and a year of the manufacturing..And every is matching. She obviously doesn't know that they started to make that kimono in France, then Spain, and Italy, USA and even Switzerland. With my email to you, I sent some facts of LV experts websites. So, the trick with made in France + numbers didn't work. My wallet is legit and 1000%. Authentic. But the last thing is really shocked me. Is that...
She was mentioned something about the zipper and show the picture of it. As everything else, I didn't get it. After I finally sent you the email... My daughter 19.y.o. ( who always wanted to keep this wallet for herself, and knew every mm of it), noticed something, I didn't. She saw on one picture of hers, the zipper puller is not mine. Mine was long, like I showed on the images I provided in display. She was showing you some different wallet, saying that what she receives, and it is fake zipper puller or she actually changed the original one for the small fake one. I was mad. I sent you right away second email, telling you, what I just noticed. And also I had another picture of the zipper pull, it was not listed. I zoomed it, and show you, that is the zipper puller on my wallet. Not what she was showing you. That's really heck of the case. I will definitely print it on media. And show how scammers works against sellers. But protective is always for buyers. Because of such lying, low life people, you believe them, make seller accept the worn or used or damaged items. And on top of everything, it is ruining our reputation. My authentic items gets removed for no reason or after false reports someone, who didn't get wanted price or another reason. Anyway, that is different issues.
If this case eBay would not look through deeply very well and not resolved it FAIRLY TO ME, SELLER, I WILL GO FOR LEGAL HELP, WITH MORE PROFESSIONAL INSPECTION. EVEN IF IT COST ME. PLEASE, DO RIGHT THING FOR YOUR SELLERS ALSO.

We are just community volunteers that offer advice to other Ebay members.
By the way, Ebay Customer Service does not have email service, so not sure where you sent emails.
