please help report a seller for selling non authentic products on ebay.
Found out that a seller on eBay is selling non authentic products on eBay. So sad they are getting away with making money by using eBay as protection while burning the
buyers. HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH NO OTHER OPTIONS LEFT I HAD TO SEND A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ON SELLER TO WARN BUYERS BEFORE SOMEONE ELSE GETS RIPPED OFF. First I did contact seller a few times and they asked to return a product that the post office will not except to ship. 2nd request to make things right with refund or open to counter offer of some sort of compensation. And never heard from them again no replies back. Also I tried to find out a reason why this happened in favor of seller. They claim to have authenticity product. I so much wanted to help seller problem solve the issue. Do not want to hurt anyone. Or thier businesss. . But this is so wrong in so many ways. I can't live with myself for not doing the right thing here. Please help me with the best possible steps to take from here. I don't want to break any regulations or make anymore mistakes.i just want to do the right thing and make sellers and buyers aware to comply with the rules here or pay the consequences. I have never had to leave a negative feedback on a seller. But this needs attention. Anyone have a better solution. I'm grateful to be able to ask for the help I need here. It's time consuming plus very Frustrating. Is this even the right place to explain the whole situation on public form. This might be out of my league. Idk. Need feedback. Feeling so bad about reporting neg. Feedback even though I did everything I could to prevent taking that action. Please help!

Mentor2 years ago@laurie_the_best I am not sure what you were trying to return but the seller must provide a valid return shipping method and then refund you if the item was not authentic or otherwise not as described.
The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request.
Here's what you need to do:
Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos. OR doesn't seem authentic.

4 business days after filing the return request if the seller has not provided a return shipping label or a full refund then ask eBay to step in and help: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/ask-ebay-to-step-in?id=4701
Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.
