Please help my account is restricted I believe it’s an error
Please help I’m trying to make a purchase and it says my account has been suspended because I didn’t complete a purchase but I believe that is incorrect to my knowledge. I’ve paid for everything that I have one on eBay. Please help.

and scroll down down down. Do you see Unpaid Items or Cancellations?
