There is nothing we can do to help you get the negative feedback removed, since it does not violate any of the feedback policies. You should have used ebay messages to explain the misunderstanding to the buyer, and after that, ask if they would consider accepting a feedback revision request rather than begging the buyer to change the feedback in your reply.
The link below tells you how to send a revision request, but you only get to send 5 per year, so make sure the buyer will agree to revise before sending one.
All you can do to mitigate the negative is to sell more items so your percentage will climb.
