Mentor1 year ago@kuwait66 It will NOT hurt your account to have the buyer destroy the item as LONG as you refund the buyer before eBay steps in and forces a refund. If eBay forces a refund then you receive a DEFECT on your account. Seller Standards
Keep in mind that refusal of a package VOIDS the eBay Money Back Guarantee if the buyer never actual received the item then you are not required to issue a refund.
The only time a buyer can refuse a package and still be covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee is if the package arrived postage due. If it did arrive postage due then you MUST refund the buyer.
