I am a seller and I need to buy or issue a return shipping label for my buyer, I don't know how to do it. please help me

Hi @coingoldandsilverplus

eBay has a Return process that the Buyer can access through the item on their Purchase history, you can Accept the return when they file it and check the box that you will provide a return label that eBay will send to the Buyer.

What happened that the Buyer wants to return the item???

Easiest is to tell buyer to open a Return Request which you approve and let ebay send them a return label.
