Please help me
Can a person/ebay store just cancel an auction if the price they want isn’t hit? I was told by the seller that eBay told them the picture was blurry and to start it over. The new listing has the exact same picture.

·1 year agoIf an auction has no bids, then it can be ended without penalties. If it has bids already, you can cancel all the bids and end the auction (unless it has less than 12 hours left and either has met any reserve price set, or had no reserve price), but you may be charged the final value fee based on the highest bid at the time.
