Mentor1 year agoYou are located in Azerbaijan. Sellers can specify which countries they will ship to, and which countries they will not ship to. That should not have recorded a defect on your account. As for the second item, you should have seen the price of shipping when you looked at the listing. Did you not want to pay the shipping price to Azerbaijan? Shipping internationally is very expensive.
