Please Help. Item Shipped/Buyer Paid & Deleted Account

Hi EBay friends. This is a new one for me so please forgive me if I need not to worry.

I sold a pair of sneakers, the buyer paid, I shipped. Yesterday I was notified via email (yes-email was legit) that the transaction has been canceled and funds are on hold because the buyer deleted their Ebay account. I can't stop the shipment because the sneakers have already been sent via Fedex and are on the way to Ebay authenticator.

I want either the shoes back or the funds of course. What do I do?
