Please help I'm being scammed
I recently won a bid on ebay about a week ago , seller hasnt shipped item , hasnt texted back in anyway , also I asked for a cancellation but still no response , I have no idea how to contact an agent
Please help

Mentor11 months agoYou need to wait until the estimated delivery date has passed. If the range is Aug19-26, you need to wait until Aug 27. Once the case is opened, that is when the 3 business days starts. This is the eBay 30 day money back guarantee, so you have time. The USPS is notoriously slow right now and most of my shipped items are running behind. I can't even imagine the upcoming holiday rush.
As for requesting a cancellation, you can only do that right after you purchase an item, and even then it might be too late. Sellers do not have to honor a cancellation request, and many times they cannot because their item is at a warehouse and they cannot stop the process once a purchase is made.

Mentor11 months agoNo need to contact the seller and texting is not allowed. Keep all communication through eBay messages, although that is not necessary here. Go to your purchase history and locate the item. Note the estimated delivery date. Has that date passed? If not, wait. If it has, open a case of item not received. The seller will have 3 days to prove delivery with a tracking number or refund. If not, return to the case on the 4th day and ask eBay to step in and they will force a refund. You are covered.

OP11 months agoIt's should arrive by August 26 , it's still stuck in paid august 14 , but nothing not even a decent reply from seller I already postes the ask for cancelation request 3 days ago . So now what ?

·11 months agoAs the buyer, you can request cancellation, but sellers are not required to agree to it. You’ll have to be patient at this point. It’s entirely possible the seller is not good at communicating, but has shipped the item or will ship it in time, but shipped it without tracking or did not input the tracking into the order. While I know it’s not a good feeling to not have any communication from the seller, you do not actually have any way to know yet if they are trying to scam you or are simply not handling this particularly well, but the eBay Money Back Guarantee has you covered.
If the 26th passes and you have any trouble opening an Item Not Received case or have any other questions, definitely feel free to come back and ask.

·11 months agoNo, eBay does not step in on cancellation requests, only on cases for issues like an item not received.
On August 27th, you should be able to open the case for Item Not Received. If the seller does not respond to the case, you should be able to ask eBay to step in on August 31, if I did my math correctly. Note that the time you can open a case or ask eBay to step in is not generally right at the beginning of that day, so it may not become available until later in that day.
