please help can't replace old checking acct. with new one!!!
i tried several times to add a new checking acct. to my payments section and it doesn't seem to be working. when i'm done i get a blank box with nothing but a close X symbol.
also it clearly states 2 different instructions. One says to delete old acct. first but then says you need to add new one first before deleting old one!!!! can someone please help?
ebay is now trying to give me a payout to my old checking acct.
why would a company like ebay have a blank box appear with nothing but a close X symbol. very poor.

Try another browser to rule out a browser issue. Preferably the newest version of a popular browser with default settings and no add-ons enabled.
