Please help can’t receive my money for items sold
I have a question, I sold an item in January and it was delivered satisfactory but now all of a sudden it says my accounts restricted and I can’t get my payout. I have no messages to let me know why it’s restricted or how to reinstate it can anyone help me with this. Thanks - Kali H.

Account restrictions can happen for a variety of reasons. All of which can only be resolved by eBay customer service. On most eBay pages- all the way at the top you'll see "Help & C0ntact". You can use that to reach out to the cs team. You can also reach them through the eBay Facebook page. Click message. And the eBay for Sellers Instagram account.
