PLEASE HELP 😭 Account restriction timeline

Hi fam,
I recently joined eBay and due to having inventory of some luxury items as well as being a new seller- I’ve had a few restrictions. The first was just to confirm my identity, which was resolved quickly. (Pretty much immediately)
Then I got a return request on an item marked as damaged however the buyer did not realize the extent of the damage despite it being clearly listed in the description. I authorized a refund- however this placed another restriction on my account.
I received the item back and have refunded the buyer and the case has been closed for 5 days now. I have spoken to multiple agents who all gave me conflicting information. One said they removed the restriction, another said I have to wait up to 72 hours, another said 24 hrs.. one of them also escalated the matter and gave me a ticket number. Basically they just keep telling me my account will be verified and back up and running “soon”.
If anyone else has experienced this or had restrictions placed.. How long does it usually take to have the restriction lifted and regain access to your account? My account has been restricted for 2 weeks now and the eBay representatives ALL seem clueless as to what is going on or what I should do. This is ridiculous. I literally can’t fathom how this website is even up and running if this is standard procedure… I’ve never experienced a customer service team being this incompetent and unhelpful 😭
