Hello. I need HELP. Been trying to contact eBay for a VERY important issue that AI can't answer. We used to be able to get a call back from a rep. but not now.

OP3 weeks agoIt's very hard to explain. AI can't answer. Nee to refuse a return request because the buyer is a scammer.

Mentor3 weeks agoIf the buyer has filed a return request with a valid reason according to the eBay money back guarantee, you will be required to approve the return request.
