One option that you have is to message the Buyer and let them know of the error that you are getting and you will have to cancel the transaction. You can use the reason "Problem with address" so neither accounts will have issues. You can then Relist it so the Buyer can correct their address and repurchase from you. You can list it Auction style again starting at the price the Buyer won it for. They can place the starting bid and you can End the listing accepting their bid and sending an invoice for payment.
When you Relist, it will be given a new eBay item number, you can copy and paste that in a message to the Buyer, they can copy and paste it in the eBay search window and go right to the listing.
Assuming it is an item of value and is going for Authentication I would NOT risk correcting the Buyer's name line.

Normally there are three reasons for cancellations:
-Buyer requested
-Problem with address
-Out of stock (you get a strike on your account if you use this one)
I don't sell with Authentication required and I suspect that is the reason the Problem with address choice is not there. If it were me I would select Buyer requested if they have messaged you back or not ... it is NOT your fault that the Buyer messed up their address.
