Order placed. And payed. March 6 or 8. Never received. No response from the seller. Order # 03-14348-37241. And no way to contact e bay. No customer service phone number 😔.Â

If it is no more than 30 days after the last expected delivery date, go to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.

The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking that shows delivery, or a refund. If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.

If it is more than 30 days after the last expected delivery date, call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for an item not received.
