Please Help
I recently bought an item and even paid extra for 2 day shipping and I didn't get my item for a whole week later and when I spoke with the seller he said oh I didn't see that when I shipped it and said he sent a thank u card. Instead of sending me back the money for my shipping I paid for. Then I got the thank you card before the item I ordered. I have been trying and trying to contact support but it keeps sending me in circles can someone please tell me what I need to do. I have order so much off eBay and never had this many issues, I'm so aggravated I am seriously thinking about making this the last thing I buy off eBay.

Mentor5 months ago@todcushma_0 I am sorry that happened. The only thing you can do is return the item for a full refund as long as you paid for the shipping upgrade costs through eBay and not offsite.
eBay can not force the seller to issue a partial refund, but they can make the seller refund you in full.
The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories AND 3 days for Trading Cards.
Here's what you need to do:
Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.

4 business days after filing the return request if the seller has not provided a return shipping label or a full refund then ask eBay to step in and help: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/ask-ebay-to-step-in?id=4701
Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.
