Please help!
I ordered an item from a seller as a guest, two days later the seller cancelled my order. I hav emit received my payment back yet! It’s been almost two weeks! Please help! The seller says it’s on eBay to issue a refund!

Did the Seller just message you saying they cancelled? If so you are still protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee. However, you need to be logged out of your account to do anything with a Guest purchase. The email you received should have a link for you and this Help page will assist you as well: Buying as a guest | eBay
Money is always sent back to the funding source and while it is not instantaneous it does take some time ... 2 weeks however seems like a lot.
On a side note, Guest purchases cannot be merged with an eBay account nor can you leave Feedback on the transaction.
