Please help
I returned item to seller, my credit card I used on the purchase had fraud and I had to close the card. I told the seller about it, but seller said they refunded the money to e-bay. And the states of the item on e-bay site said “refunded to the credit card†so this case is closed on the e-bay site and I can’t reach to e-bay. ( in order to reach e-bay staff, I have to follow the navigation and since the states of this case is closed, there is no option to contact e-bay.

Mentor2 years agoRefunds always go back to the original payment source -- the bank account the card is linked to. If you have gotten a new card since then, the new card should still be linked to the same bank account unless you actually closed your bank account.
