Recently i posted a Consuela purse for sale. I purchased it on fb marketplace and never used it. Took photos, posted online for sale and put it in my spare room left un touched. A buyer purchased it and I packaged it up to send out. The buyer claims to have received the bag on Tuesday. Today is Thursday and she is now claiming that the bag is in such horrible shape upon arrival. I would have never sold something in that shape. 1 of 2 things happened either she is having buyer’s remorse and damaged the purse herself in order to get her money back or 2 it was damaged via transit. What can I do?
