Even though I paid for the item in October of last year, I still haven't received it as of January 14th of this year.
I contacted the seller to let them know that the package hasn't arrived, but they have not responded.
This seller is a scammer.
What should I do? Please give me some advice.
Please advise which department on eBay I should contact.
