Mentor8 months ago25 cents is an insertion fee if you go over the maximum allowable free listings in the month at your subscription level. I see you have over 1.300 items currently listed. What store level do you have and was the listing a fixed price listing or an auction listing? What category was the listing in? Insertion fees are complex and require an answer to the previous three questions.
