Hi, our eBay store has a maximum limit of $500 per item for sales to the US. How can we sell to the US without the value limit?
We just received a suspension threat if we don't complete the required documents within 3 days. We've already submitted these documents to Payoneer for our business account and they've been successfully synced with eBay. Why does this keep happening?

You cannot bypass the $500 per-item limit on the US site without an assigned eBay Account Manager (an invite-only program for high-volume cross-border exporters).
To sell higher-value items without this restriction, you must list them on other regional sites (like eBay UK or Germany) and explicitly exclude the US from your shipping destinations.
2. Why you received a suspension threat after syncing Payoneer
Separate Verification: eBay requires its own independent proof of inventory, supplier invoices, or business licenses, which are separate from Payoneer's identity checks.
System Sync Delay: The automated bridge between Payoneer and eBay often experiences data delays, causing eBay's risk system to flag you even if Payoneer is approved.
Risk Triggers: Approaching or trying to exceed the $500 limit automatically triggers automated account health reviews.
3. Action Plan for the next 3 days
Log directly into the eBay Seller Hub Message Center to locate the official notice.
Re-upload all requested business registration documents, utility bills, or IDs directly to eBay via their official portal (do not just rely on Payoneer).
