New to eBay. Please is there a customer service number? Having a hard time reaching anyone about damaged order. Thank you in advance!

eBay doesn't have a phone number to contact them directly. We have to request a callback.

That said, there's no need to contact eBay because of a damaged order. There are automated processes that handle it automatically. Here's what to do:

Go to your Purchase History and file a 'Return request' ... choosing 'Item doesn't match photos or description' as the reason for the request.
If the seller doesn't provide either a prepaid shipping label or a full refund within 3 business days ... then go back to your open request on the 4th day, and ask eBay to step in. eBay will handle the rest for you.
