PLEASE ADVISE
I have a buyer who is not satisfied with his item he told me that I failed to mention more specific details on the item. I responded that he is more than welcome to submit a return and send the item back and I will give them a full refund. Buyer refuse and wants a partial refund because it will be inconvenient for him, he's already blaming me for the inconvenience that I have caused. I am trying to work with him and even volunteered to replace the items and send him pictures on the items that I send to replace and even added extra items with it, if he could send the items back. Buyer refused. I wanted to inspect the items that he claims are not working before I send him a full refund but he doesn't want to send them back to me.

Mentor11 months agoHas the buyer submitted an official case or just is asking you about the partial refund? Until the buyer opens a case you are not required to do anything. If the buyer opens an "Item not as described" case you will need to accept the return they will need to return the item to receive a refund.

OP11 months agoI was the one telling him to open a INAD and send me the item back, already mention led it to him at least 4x or even more to file an INAD so I can inspect them but he insist on just giving him a partial refund because it’s inconvenient for him and blames me for creating inconvenience for him for not being specific on my description.

OP11 months agoHis main reasoning was the figures I sold him were not able to stand or pose and hold a weapon, so I send him pictures of same items that I send to him to replace the items that he claims that are not able to do what he wants… even took pictures of the poses so buyer will be satisfied of the replacement but I need to received the items and inspect them first but he doesn’t want to comply… because he said I broke his trust but yet I told him people make mistakes and I’m trying to help and correct it even added a couple items to go along with the replacement. I just want to receive the items first and inspect them.
