Platinum Power Seller Status
I have been a seller on eBay since 2005. Before COVD and before Hurricane Harvey here in the Texas area I had a very active and profitabl business. Since then I have had 4 major surgeries yet I still do the bet I can to keep up with eBay and the rules and formatting changing on listing items. It was told to me that I do not accept returns but that is not the case. With the new formatting maybe I need to change the way I format. 2023 will be a new year whereby I should be listing thousands of new items and I would like to make my new 'high end' customers know of my status with eBay. I have been encouraged to change to another company but I want to stay with eBay. I would like to show on my listing page whereby I am a Platinum Power Seller as before and also showing 3,500+ positive feedback which does show up. I think listing the Platinum Power Seller on my high end items I would see quicker selling response. Please let me know what I need to do! I also recall having sold close to $1M in sales. Thank you for your quick response. Kindest regards & HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO THE STAFF OF EBAY/PAYPAL! Deborah Gayle Kerr 'Debbie' Damon

Mentor3 years agoThe bronze, silver platinum etc designation was retired a number of years ago. Even the term power seller is no longer used. What you want is to become a top rated seller. That will happen after you sell 100 items/$1,000 in a 12 month period, without defects that cause you to miss TRS. Read about seller levels here -
https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/selling/seller-levels-performance-standards?id=4080&st=3&pos=1&query=Seller%20levels%20and%20performance%20standards&intent=Seller%20per&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1259
Only 14 of your items show returns accepted - the others do not. You will need to edit the return policy on those other items if you want them to show returns accepted. The easiest way is to use bulk edit and edit all of your items at once to accept returns.
Your feedback score of 3500+ is visible in your listings, in the seller information block on the right.
Welcome back to selling 🙂

OP3 years agoTop Rated Seller does not have the zippy dooo da as Power Seller, Platinum Power Seller etc. That's too bad. Silver, Gold, Platinum, Titanium Power Seller would encourage sellers to sell and/or list more. I am in the process or rethinking my online selling business since the past 3 years I have been dealing with surgical procedures. Does selling close to $1M in sales deserve more recognition than 'top rated seller'! Seller Since 2005, Best regards, Debbie Damon-Owner, B'Dazzled
