Planet of the Apes 1967 movie trading cards
I notice that most of these list date as 1967, which is the original movie. Most of what is offered on the eBay site are cards from the 1975 TV series but say they are 1967. A common error, as the copyright date of 1967 is listed on the 1975 cards as well. However, I worry that many people purchase assuming they are getting the original movie but get the TV series. I do think sellers should research what they are selling for better accuracy; not just list a copyright date.
Sorry if anyone feels I'm being too harsh. I am a 50-year collector and former eBay seller. Looking out for new generation of card collectors. Thanks~
