Plagiarized passages from Wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metasequoia)
eBay item number:204375648983.
This item contains 2 paragraphs of a word-for-word description of a type of fossil being sold taken directly from Wikipedia. This conduct is 100% plagiarism. The Presidents of Stanford University, Harvard University, and probably a full professor in the ethics department of Harvard have been fired for doing this and falsify research data. Why does eBay allow such dishonesty on their platform to occur?
I bring this up here because I do not know if eBay will do anything.

If the seller have violated Wikipedia's copyrighted text, it's Wikipedia that needs to take action. eBay cannot monitor 2 billion active listings to determine whether the seller has plagiarized text from a copyrighted source, and won't take action.
Since anyone can write text for Wikipedia, it's possible that the text you see there is plagiarized from another source. Theoretically, the text you see on Wikipedia for that item could have been written by the seller of the item.
