Placed and paid order can't be seen in Purchase history

This is my second time making an order the first already arrived and the second, e-bay is confirming that my order is on seller courier but no orders appear in my purchase history.

@merj_0375 Make sure you are not signed in to a different eBay account than the one you used to make the original purchase.
