Placed an order. Tried to cancel afterwards but Seller will not cancel order
Placed an order on September 5th. Message the seller shortly after that to cancel. Seller tells me after the order was placed the merchandise was dropped off. No tracking number was given to me. No estimated DOA was given. The only thing I was told is that is due to the holiday the package may be delayed. I do not believe the package was shipped at the time I was told. This seller could have canceled this order but did not want to...

What reason do you have to request a cancellation right after you made the purchase?

OPSep 8, 2026 at 2:49 PMI just received an email stating the seller is "packing the order for shipment". The seller told me it was already packed for shipment. This is all lies. This purchase could have been cancelled but the seller did not want to cancel it. This is a bad way of doing business.

MentorSep 8, 2026 at 12:44 PMSellers are not required to cancel any purchase. If a seller is using a drop shipping company once the order is places it cannot be cancelled. All you can do is to wait until you receive the item and check the seller return policy to see if you can return the item.
