placed an order to a seller from Brazil

Question

Seller from Brazil took my payment via paypal March 6th. I have never recieved the item i ordered! Seller not responsive. E bay has lost all of my purchase history for the last 2 years! No way to contact E bay since thay lost all my purchase information! What can ido to hold seller accountable? And get Ebay to get involved?

@erfitk_0 E bay has lost all of my purchase history for the last 2 years! Is it possible that you have more than one eBay account, and those transactions were made using a different eBay account? If you sign in to the eBay account you have used for that purchase you should be able to start an "item not received" case if you are within thirty days of the last estimated delivery date for that order. Otherwise, you may have some recourse through your payment method; many credit cards offer up to six months of protection for items that are not received.
