Placed an order on July 27 the seller marked ship just to shut me up and tracking shows nothing
I placed an order on July 27 for a security camera. I tried contacting the seller seven times before they responded. All I said was ship the item. I kind of got a hint that it was not going to even arrive and it has not. We are almost 27 days later from the purchase. The system is making me wait until the estimated delivery date of August 23 Today is the 24th and I keep trying to open a request or ask A to help me and I can’t get to it every time it ask me what item do you need help with it takes me back to the page and says your item may still be on the way, even though the date has passed , what do I do? I just want my money back. I’ve been waiting almost 30 days and I knew I was not going to get my camera. I knew that three weeks ago. This is ridiculous and I can’t seem to get the system to do anything
