placed an order on ebay, paid for it with paypal, order has disappeared - get an error message
5 days ago, I placed an order on ebay, paid for it with paypal, and now the order has disappeared - I get an error message when I click on the order in the original email I got from eBay. "Contact Us" page blocks me from getting to a human, as eBay doesn't list my order number.

Mentor4 months agoIs it possible you made the purchase as a Guest?
Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request, or an Item Not Received case.
