Placed an order for item which seller never attempted to ship. Cancelled order but still no response
No response from eBay or seller even though it’s been 4 days since cancellation! Any suggestions?

Mentor6 months agoThe seller is the only one that can actually cancel the transaction.
They are not required to cancel.
They may not cancel the transaction and they may still try to ship.
You might need to wait until the estimated delivery date has passed and open a claim for "item not received"
