pixel pro audio getting away with scamming and issue orders needing fixing for better shopping pleas
why is there no way to get a refund for my order of the tascam that arrived broken and seller is scammingly not wanting to let me return it just because i got covid a few months so was way too sick throwing up constantly to even test the stupid thing in time let alone track down obscure cassettes it was missing and we're very hard to find when i finally felt better-so its not ok to get belated return in some rare case of illness or something and ok we as valued customers or well we wish we we're-are scammed out of 230.00 something dollars?? and get nothing for it only broken item?? and ebays new automated messaging is not helpful in the least, it won't even let me get refund for the arrived broken 3ds case i got either i also wasted 15.00 on and scammers are loving it by refusing to let me get refund don't even believe me when i said it was broken for some reason..i just didn't like paying so much 15.00 for a cheapo case that kept falling off hinges and had too small of insert holes for games so practically broke them then keept popping them out cuz too tight-and i don't appreciate how hard it is just to get a coupld issue order resolved cuz usually is way easier-i returned a broken camera a bit belatedly while back with no problem not sure why suddenly everyones jerko about some orders--almost ruins my liking to shop online-so wish could be resolved, or else why shop locally more cuz too much stress drama on here with thieving sellers not even being put in place and trauma to me thinking they are allowed to scam people really is upsetting and makes me not trust online shopping as much and i usually really love it but yall don't want to lose my business cuz i would be valued customer like some say i am otherwise, if treated kindly like usually am..but a few times i am getting really traumatized lately though too with no resolve-usually in 25 yrs of shopping there is like almost always happy resolve, but these lately orders aren't seeming to be resolvable not sure why so complicated, why can't i get refund for broken item i didn't use it at all to wear it out in the several months i had it i was just too sick to test it, so in that case you'd think i could get refund?? not fair they are allowed to send broken 230.00 items and not be held accountable to refund it if broken??

Ebay has a 30 day Money Back Guarantee, and sorry, there are no timing extensions given for illness.

OP1 year agothis is reply i should be getting by the way: so sorry jacki, we will get you refund for those orders thank you for your yrs of much business..that is alll..oh well..in my dreams so far i guess..but thats how usually works..??
