Pictures of item are not my item
Received a return request and the buyer added photos that are not the item i sold them. How do I disagree with a return?

You don't, you accept the return and issue the Buyer a pre-paid return shipping label and get the item back. Once it is back in your possession you refund the Buyer. Your No returns accepted policy means if you fight the return claim the Buyer will ask eBay to step in and they will rule in the Buyer's favor, refund them from your account and let them keep the item.
eBay's Money Back Guarantee protects Buyers and has numerous reasons for a return that bypass the No returns accepted policy. No returns does not mean no refunds.
If you think the Buyer is abusing the return process with eBay you use the Report Buyer link on the sold item.
