Pictures do not match the site
Hello sir, how are you please tell me what happened. I bought two 12-inch fans from your site, and according to the pictures shown on eBay, I bought them because they have six blades for each one. I waited all this time, and when the shipment arrived to me after opening it, I was surprised by the fans, very different from the pictures in shape, and each one contains 10 blades. For your information, the fans on my car are the same size, 12 inches and ten blades same exactly . For this reason, I bought six blades from your site, because the blades are larger in size, and they push more air I need it 6 blades as shown in pictures in your site . I am very upset now about that. Is it a mistake or have other fans been shipped instead of them? I do not know. Now I have 4 of my old fans and the new ones that I bought from your site all same . What should I do with them? I will throw them in the store basement . Please consider my matter. Customer satisfaction is your goal. I appreciate that please reply sir I am waiting ?!

·2 years agoIf the items do not match the photo in the listing, you can open a Return Request from within your Purchase History. Select the reason "Doesn't match description or photos". The seller will have three days to send a return label.
