Hi, I have been doing some selling on ebay for a few years. I am able to take pictures , edit, and transfer to my desktop computer. Then can insert them I sell an item.
I just bought a new iMac air laptop. I use the same procedure but when I try to pull the picture from the iMac air, into my ebay selling form, it w on't transfer. It says it is an invalid photo.
What am I d doing wrong or what do I need to do to make this work?

Mentor2 years ago@cmbd3 iMac probably has the photos as Heic which is not compatible. You need to convert the photos to jpeg.
If taking photos with your iPhone set it to most compatible in photo settings.
