Alright community. Listen to this....say you see something on ebay that you decide to buy. Lets say a tool box with the sliding type tray. Now keep in mind this tray had to be bought separately and put in the tool box. It's an add on. Your looking at the pics and there is like 5 pics. In every pic you see the tray with the tool box open. You buy it. When it arrives.....tool box and no tray! And basically Ebay wants me to send the "tool box" back for a refund. You wanna keep the tool box......my point is i paid for what i saw in the pics and the seller removed it after purchase. Would you not want what you paid for in the pics? Also in this sellers add he did not mention that the piece he took off didn't go with the other part that he sent me. And the piece that was removed was screwed to the piece that he sent me. I feel ripped off. Wouldn't you? Respond if you think I'm wrong.

If you open a Not As Described dispute, the seller will have to send you a prepaid shipping label for the return. If he doesn't do that, then you can click into the case and ask eBay to step in. Then, eBay will issue the refund – using the seller's money, of course – and you don't have to return the item.
See here: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-items-not-received-refunds-buyers/return-item-refund?id=4041 Don't be misled by the title of this link, not received. The topic also addresses Not As Described. For the reason, be sure to select "something wrong with it" or "doesn't match description" or "not as described" or whatever terminology they're using this week.

If it was in the photos, it should have been included.
You have two options, return it for a refund or keep it.
