Picture of the item that i purchased is not the item !

I bought a pair of sunglasses and since I am new to buying on eBay I looked at the picture that was posted and thought the glasses looked great and hit purchase. Since I have still not received the item I went back on eBay to try to find out where the item is and I realized that the seller posted a picture of brand new glasses and then stated that this was not the item and the pictures of the item were after this picture and the glasses are in horrible condition even though it is listed in good condition! I want my money back because I am livid! This was a present for my daughter and this was false advertising! I can not get in touch with anyone at eBay and I need help because I want my money back!!! The picture that shows next to the item is not an actual picture of the actual item!! How do I get my money back???

Mentor4 months agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
