Pickup only - But Offer mentions delivery to another state

The offer mentions a delivery in another state, and I chose Local Pickup only. Itâ€™s a large TV. So I canâ€™t accept the offer for that reason only, and I donâ€™t know how to send a message to the potential buyer.
