If this is regarding a local pickup, eBay should send you a QR code for the Seller to scan, plus a six-digit code for the Seller to enter manually instead. The six-digit code might have been sent to your personal email connected with your eBay account. I would also check that account's spam folder.
If you cannot find the six-digit code in your email, you could go to Help and Contact on eBay and request a call back to possibly get a replacement code.
