Pickup and pay cash
My selling posts are only pick up and post
a buyer is asking me refund for one item he payed.
how did he get to pay in the eBay system if it is not an option I offered.
he is now asking me to handle it. I don’t see how ! Can you tell me more? I can’t ask eBay there is no way to contact them
thanks to anyone who can help.
tjis is my first time posting and the last with eBay. I can’t manage things out of my control.

·3 years agoCancel the order as a problem with the buyers address and refund the buyer.
You'll probably have to add a credit/debit card to cover the refund.

OP3 years agovery glad the buyer fixed the problem. I had nothing to do on my side.

Mentor3 years agoPickup does not mean cash only - you must accept electronic payment. In fact, in any state where eBay collects sales tax, you can not accept cash at pick up.
Cancel the sale as buyer requested - this will refund his payment.

Mentor3 years agoIf you look at the payment tab of any of your items, you will see PayPal, visa, MC, etc. It may also say cash at pick up, but until your buyer pays through checkout, you won’t be able to exchange contact info.
