Picking a method payment
Why do I have to pick a method of payment ? I have 3 credit cards I use why do you need to pick one for me ?
Why can't I choose which one I WANT TO USE ????

Mentor1 year agoebay is now requiring a payment method when buyers Make Offers or place bids, so the buyer will automatically be charged if the seller accepts the offer, or if the buyer ends up the winner of an auction. They are doing this to try and reduce unpaid transactions. The default for sellers is to require auto pay, but sellers can opt out by going to their buyer requirements. I opted out because I want my buyers to make multiple purchases and give them a discount for combined shipping.
Most recently, ebay allowed the buyer one hour to change the method of payment by going to ebay Checkout and manually selecting a payment method.

Mentor1 year agoYou should be able to choose your payment method at eBay's checkout, or when placing a bid or making an offer if the seller requires a payment method in advance.
If you mean that when you check out of eBay and select PayPal, you are not able to choose a specific payment method in your PayPal wallet but one is automatically selected for you, in that case go to your eBay Payments page in your eBay account and delete the entry for PayPal that appears there.

The next time you check out on eBay and choose PayPal, you should be sent to your PayPal wallet page and given a chance to pick a specific payment method.
