Pick up package

Question

I ordered fabric, immediately I noticed that it was a pick up package. They are in California and I am in Florida.I have been not able to contact vendor. I cancelled the order within 10 minutes of ordering. I was declined because it was too late.

If the seller is not responding, you will need to wait and open a not received claim. I think this is 10 days after purchase on a local pick up.

As soon as the option shows in your purchase history, select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.

The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking that shows delivery, or a refund. If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
